Firstly, Thank you for purchasing our amazing Glee Bike from Glee Ebikes Inc!
- We look forward to your happy and safe enjoyment of our high-quality Glee Bike from Glee Ebikes Inc!
- Please follow all road laws in your province and state and please always wear a helmet!
- The limited warranty covers all parts and components against defects in materials and workmanship of the e-bike.
- Glee EBikes Inc will not accept any warranty whereby the warranty card is unsigned nor dated by the purchaser form the supplied instruction book received in the ship box.
- Glee EBikes Inc only accepts warranties whereby the owner purchaser has directly purchased from Glee EBikes Inc Website.
- Any replaced parts will be covered under warranty for the remainder of the warranty term.
What is Covered by Glee EBikes Inc?
The limited warranty covers all parts and components against defects in materials and workmanship of the e-bike. Any replaced parts will be covered under warranty for the remainder of the warranty term.

- Any damage sustained to the e-bike either by the owner purchaser, negligence of the owner or otherwise.
- The Alarm System and Charger, and Battery is only covered up to 1 year and must not be exposed directly to heavy water, dust or other particulate matter or corrosive cleaning substances.
- Any damage caused by the owner purchaser modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the Glee Bike.
- This limited warranty does not cover against wear and tear of the Glee Bike by either normal or abnormal use.
- Water damage due to riding in extreme rain or snow conditions, storing outdoors, submersion or otherwise water abuse or intense water spraying by water jet hose.
- Wear of parts such as but not limited to brake pads, cables, gears, chains, tires, or tubes.
- This warranty will be void if the product is not suitably maintained and kept as deemed acceptable by Glee Bikes Inc, which includes charging the battery a minimum of every 3 months and storing the e-bike indoors.
How Long Does Coverage Last?
This limited warranty lasts 2 years from the date of original purchase of the Glee Bike.

What is Covered by Glee EBikes Inc?
The limited warranty covers all parts and components against defects in materials and workmanship of the e-bike. Any replaced parts will be covered under warranty for the remainder of the warranty term.
What is Not Covered by Glee EBikes Inc?
- This limited warranty does not cover any damage sustained to the e-bike either by the owner purchaser, negligence of the owner purchaser or otherwise.
- This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the Z bike.
- This limited warranty does not cover against wear and tear of the e-bike by either normal or abnormal use.
- While this limited warranty does cover wearable parts against defects, it does not cover against wear of parts such as but not limited to brake pads, cables, gears, chains, tires, or tubes.
- This warranty will be void if the product is not suitably maintained and kept as deemed acceptable by Glee EBikes Inc, which includes charging the battery at minimum every 3 months, and storing the e-bike indoors
- The limited warranty does not cover the battery against degradation and loss of charge. It is advised to purchase a second battery.
How Long Does Coverage Last?
This limited warranty lasts 2 years from the date of original purchase of the e-bike.

Warranty FAQs
What Glee Bikes Inc Will Do?
- Repair the part/e-bike.
- Replace the part.
- If after a reasonable number of tries to fix the e-bike (as determined by Glee EBikes Inc) are unsuccessful Glee Bikes Inc will replace the whole Glee Bike.
- If fixing or replacing the Bike does not result in a satisfactory resolution of the issue Glee Bikes Inc will issue a full refund less a 10% re-stocking fee, up to 6 months after the initial purchase date. After 6 months Glee Bikes Inc will offer a refund at their discretion based on the condition of the e-bike. If the e-bike is in poor or un-maintained condition, as deemed by Glee Bikes Inc they reserve the right to not issue any refund.
- Will waive labour fees for service related to warranty work.
What Glee EBikes Inc Will Not Do?
- Offer any refund for an e-bike that is deemed, by Glee Bikes Inc, to be in deplorable, un-maintained or non-resalable condition or considerable owner abuse.
- Does not assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment to or from the customer at any point.
- Will not cover any warranty or otherwise, related shipping costs.
